As Christmas Day approached, more of the kids came to McKinney. Ben and Ashley flew in from NYC and Karla came from Austin and Leslie and Rob and Jackson were already here because they live here(in Richardson that is). We met at Watermark and went to Christmas Eve church service there and it was a fabulous service and presentation of the Christmas message...from the manger, over the rocky road of Jesus's life to the cross.....HE came to set us free. WOW....it was such an incredible and great service. I loved it.
After the Christmas Eve Service, we started home via North Park mall to do a little last minute Christmas Shopping for Rodney. Got it...then got home about 5 minutes before all the rest of the kids came for supper! PHEW! Soup night....taco and Mulligatawney! YUM!

Thanks for the cooking lessons SR. It was fun making Mulligatawney with you. Looks like the Rodgers had a great time at Christmas!!!!!
